Hello, my name is Fai.

After many years of mastering traditional recipes in Thailand I am bringing the real taste of Bangkok and Chiang Mai to Wilstone, Long Marston, Marsworth, Tring and surrounding villages in Hertfordshire with Fai’s Thai Kitchen.

My traditional curries, stir-fries and noodle dishes are cooked with the same passion and fresh herbs you would find in Thailand's finest eateries.
